1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Content Reviewer ("the Service"), provided by Us ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Beta Service

You acknowledge that:

  • The Service is in a preliminary Beta stage of development.
  • The Service may contain bugs, errors, and other problems that could cause system failures.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
  • Reliability: The Service relies on Large Language Models (LLMs) and probabilistic algorithms (specifically OpenAI) as well as third-party grammar analysis tools. We do not guarantee that the reviews, scores, or suggestions provided are accurate, grammatically correct, or factually true.
  • No Professional Advice: The content generated is for editorial assistance only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for the final content you publish.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate or review content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass the rate limits (e.g., using multiple IP addresses or anonymous sessions) enforced by our API.
  • Input sensitive personal data (PII), confidential proprietary information, or trade secrets into the review tool.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the text you submit. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and analyze your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
  • Our Output: We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the suggestions and reports generated by the Service for your personal or commercial use.
  • The Service: All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including the UI, code, scoring algorithms, and branding) remain exclusively with us.

5. Third-Party Processing

The Service utilizes third-party APIs (including OpenAI) to process your data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your text inputs are transmitted to these third parties for analysis. You agree to comply with their respective Terms of Use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
